MENTAL HEALTH
Mental health include the emotional,the social and the
physionogical well-being.It´s a type of health in general
Having mental health means being conscious of your
actions and capacities,being able to face the estress of daily life and being
able to work in a productive way
In order to have mental health we should pay attention
to:
- DIET:a vary and balanced diet is recomended
- SELF-CARE:pay attention in the higine
- LIFE STYLE:avoid sedentarisim(not physical activiy) and stress
- HARMFUL SUBTANCES:avoid drinking alcohol or smoking
- Even some researchs said that being and feeling loved is very important for mental health
